Captain Lavigueur

After paying a visit to Captain Lavigueur in Val-Bélair last year, it was his turn to sail to Sainte-Flavie to breathe the salty autumn air and brew a DIPA at Ketch. As with our first collaboration, we experimented with a new hop: Tango. Accompanied by Nectaron, Cascade NZ and honey, it's a guaranteed gigantic wave of flavors. Velvety and creamy, with aromas of passion fruit, grapefruit and pineapple.
